At K & E Consultancy, we have over 30 years of experience in designing and producing P & ID diagrams, layouts, General Arrangements and fully detailed 2d drawings of machine component parts (machining, casting and fabrication) and assemblies.

We also undertake 3d modelling and animation of proposed designs by producing photo real CGI to satisfy the needs of the mechanical, process and structural engineering sectors.

Mechanical visualisation is useful for identifying where in the equipment a certain part should fit.

It is common to see 3d exploded views of machine assemblies in manuals and installation instructions.  We can produce these views along with models and animation to assist users and show how the equipment should be put together in the correct sequence.  This minimises mistakes and can avoid unnecessary entanglement - saving both time and money!

In situations where new equipment has to be installed in an existing environment, mechanical visualisation is invaluable.  This is particularly the case if valves and pipe routings are involved or when access to the facilities is an issue.
